This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 school setting near Bellevue, NE. The position is part-time and contract-based, designed to support students from middle and high school levels. The role focuses on delivering speech and language therapy to address various pediatric communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades 6-12 based on individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student communication goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Nebraska state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Valid CCC credentials desirable but not required
Position Details:
- Location: Bellevue and surrounding areas, NE
- Contract duration: January 5, 2026 to May 21, 2026
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 6 hours per week with flexible hours
- Caseload: Middle and high school students
