An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in an elementary school setting. This position involves a leave replacement contract from September 8, 2025, through March 2, 2026, supporting students with communication needs.

Location:

  • Berkeley, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district regulations.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students to meet their individual goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
  • Knowledge of speech and language disorders and appropriate interventions in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage workload and maintain detailed records.

Contract Details:

  • Leave coverage for maternity leave
  • Duration: September 8, 2025, to March 2, 2026
