An opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide dedicated support in an educational setting for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on serving elementary students, addressing a variety of speech and language needs within a manageable caseload.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques

Location:

• Bernalillo, NM

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Monitor and document student progress through regular assessments and reports
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
