SLP in Bernalillo, NM

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support to elementary students within a school setting. The position is on-site in Bernalillo, NM, with a contract duration for the current school year (CSY). Candidates with certification as a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged children, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. This role requires a keen understanding of school-based speech therapy practices and the ability to adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as CCC, CFY, or SLPA in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children
