A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Pike County, PA area, serving an early childhood caseload specializing in children aged 3-5 years. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 11 and offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours to accommodate different schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to young children within an early childhood educational setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans consistent with students' needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to support children’s communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and related paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license and all required clearances.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience working in schools or with early childhood populations is highly valued.
- Ability to manage caseloads for children aged 3-5 years.
