A full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Bismarck, ND, serving K-12 students with speech and language therapy needs. This on-site role offers a meaningful chance to positively influence students’ communication skills and academic success throughout the school year, with potential contract renewal.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid North Dakota license in Speech Language Pathology (may interview prior to licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Preferred minimum of two years’ school-based experience; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

Location:

  • Bismarck, North Dakota
  • K-12 School Environment

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and fluency disorders
  • Provide targeted speech and language therapy addressing articulation, fluency, and language development
  • Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and parents through virtual conferences to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student improvements, adjust interventions, and actively participate in IEP meetings and goal formulation

Benefits:

  • Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) including indirect service time
  • Contract for the remainder of the school year with potential extension
  • Caseload of approximately 40-50 students
  • W-2 contract status
