A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Bismarck, North Dakota, supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This contract position runs through the remainder of the current school year with potential renewal. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid North Dakota license in Speech Language Pathology (interviews may be conducted prior to licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Preferred minimum of two years’ experience in a school setting; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy targeting articulation, fluency, and language development
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents via video conferences to enhance student outcomes
- Monitor student progress, modify therapy approaches as needed, and participate in IEP meetings and goal setting
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) including direct and indirect service time
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 K-12 students
- W-2 contract arrangement
- Contract duration through the current school year, with the option to renew
