Speech Therapist in Bountiful, UT

Located in Bountiful, UT, this contract position offers a full-time opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting. The assignment begins January 5th and extends throughout the current school year, focusing primarily on elementary-level caseloads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and related services to elementary students, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and other communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify student needs and monitor progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in a dynamic educational environment
