Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP license required
• Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
• School or pediatric experience is a plus but not required

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop, write, and implement individualized IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to meet a wide range of student needs
• Work in collaboration with educators, families, and IEP teams to maximize student progress
• Document services and track students' progress regularly
