Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
- School or pediatric experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work on-site with K-12 students
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, write, and implement individualized IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to meet a wide range of student needs
- Work in collaboration with educators, families, and IEP teams to maximize student progress
- Document services and track students' progress regularly
