A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Bowling Green, OH. This contract role spans the current school year and offers a dynamic caseload experience, ideal for professionals skilled in pediatric and educational speech-language pathology.

Assignment Details:

  • September 1 to Thanksgiving break: Full-time coverage for a maternity leave
  • Thanksgiving break to end of January: Full-time coverage for a medical leave
  • End of January to end of school year: Part-time (approximately 15 hours per week)

This position requires flexibility in managing potentially three separate caseload segments throughout the year, providing comprehensive speech therapy services as needs evolve.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Experience in pediatric populations within healthcare and school environments
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is preferred
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working across both full-time and part-time schedules
  • Ability to adapt to multiple caseloads within a school year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language evaluation and therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct teletherapy sessions as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Document all services and maintain compliance with program standards
  • Adjust therapeutic approaches based on changing caseload demands across the contract period
