A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve at an elementary school in Brockport, NY. This position is ideal for a licensed professional with strong skills in speech-language pathology and holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children.
  • Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students.
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language impairments.
  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting in compliance with school policies.
  • Attend relevant meetings and participate in professional development activities.

Location: Brockport, NY (Elementary School)

Duration: Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
