A K-12 school in Brockton, MA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services during a leave contract. This role offers the opportunity to support students across all grade levels in developing effective communication skills and achieving their speech and language goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification, preferably holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology best practices and interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches based on individual student needs
