A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available within a K-12 educational setting in Burney, California. This contract role spans the complete school year, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students with speech and language impairments. The position requires collaboration with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs. Caseload and working hours are negotiable to accommodate the candidate’s preferences.
Desired qualifications and skills include:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Completion or progress toward the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school settings (K-12)
- Background in pediatric speech therapy
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
