Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
• Knowledge of IEPs and relevant educational laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement strategies that support students’ needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student evaluations
