Apply NowA licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification of clinical competence (CCC) and school-based credentials is needed for a K-12 educational setting serving students ages 5-17. This contract position runs from September 2, 2025, through May 29, 2026, with 35-40 hours per week. The workday begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM, with flexibility to complete paperwork remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 25-30 students.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy sessions to address student communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals related to speech and language.
Qualifications:
- SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- State-required licensure and certification for school-based practice.
- Experience working with children aged 5-17 in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance in-person therapy with remote paperwork responsibilities.
