A K-12 educational setting in Burnsville, MN, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support student communication development throughout the full school year. This full-time contract position offers flexibility with the option for virtual service delivery, accommodating a variety of working preferences while providing meaningful impact within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively, when applicable, to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with district and professional standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery within speech-language pathology
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of school-based speech-language pathology practices and regulations

Location and Schedule:

  • Position located in Burnsville, Minnesota
