Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills relating to educational speech and language needs.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff.
  • Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students with diverse communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with identified communication disorders.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on speech, language, voice, and fluency.
  • Track and document student progress in accordance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Consult and communicate regularly with parents, educators, and related service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of classroom accommodations.
