A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school serving 2nd to 4th grade students. This contract role starts ASAP and continues through June 19, 2026. The schedule is flexible, with 7 to 14 hours per week spread over 1 to 2 days, accommodating the SLP’s availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students in grades 2 through 4
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student progress and optimize communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly within a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educators
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and adapt to caseload needs
