Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) completed or in progress
- Experience working with School-Based Language Programs
- Previous work with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Supervision for SLPA provided
Location:
- Marshall, MO
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
