Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and treatment techniques.

Location:

This position is based in Pawtucket, RI, within a K-12 school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
