A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an elementary school setting in Burnsville, MN for a full semester contract. This role involves working directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping to support their academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor and support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and generate progress reports in alignment with school requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; candidates currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered.
  • Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, or school settings is highly valued.
