Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Familiarity with case management and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong understanding of various speech and language disorders, including ASD and articulation needs
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain a manageable caseload of 34 students, focusing on 2 case management areas
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
