This role is crucial in fostering effective communication skills and addressing the individual needs of K-12 students.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) may be accepted.
  • Experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse student populations.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Location:

  • Anaheim, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' communication goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements in school-based speech therapy.
