This in-person role involves direct therapy with elementary students, providing vital services to enhance their speech, language, and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized therapy to elementary school students.
- Conducting thorough evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor and promote student progress.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress reports.
- Contributing to a supportive and positive learning environment that fosters student growth.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered.
- Experience or interest in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based speech-language pathology is a plus.
This is a full-semester contract position requiring on-site presence to effectively engage with students and school staff.
