We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services across one K-8 school and two specialized programs—one supporting behavioral needs and another for students with multiple disabilities. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with an immediate start through the end of the current school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade
  • Background working with students facing behavioral challenges and/or multiple disabilities is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct speech-language services to students across K-8 grades
  • Facilitate sessions within both general education and specialized behavioral and multi-disability programs, adapting strategies as needed for diverse learners
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to track student progress and adjust interventions
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and regular communication regarding students’ needs and achievements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to support student success
