Speech-Language Pathologist in Chesterfield, VA

We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to support multiple school caseloads for the 2025-2026 school year in Chesterfield, VA. These contract positions serve students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with a focus on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy in school settings.

Opportunities available include:

• Middle School caseload, 3-4 days per week, working alongside a part-time SLP
• Elementary School caseload, 3 days per week, supporting a full-time SLP
• Elementary School caseload, 3 days per week

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech and language services in K-12 educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation and caseload management skills
• Commitment to individualized student-centered therapy

Location: Chesterfield, Virginia – K-12 public school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Monitor student progress and adapt therapy goals as appropriate
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with educational regulations
