Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or pending Vermont SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
  • ASHA certification is a plus, but clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings is preferred, though not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, and treatment documentation

Location:
Chester, VT

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 K-8th grade students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Ensure compliance with all state and district regulations regarding service delivery
