Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure; open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
  • Eligible for or possessing California SLP certification
  • Experience in school settings preferred, working with diverse K-12 populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students’ academic and social success
  • Confidence in using technology for documentation and virtual collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 learners individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate communication goals within the educational environment
  • Maintain thorough student records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide mentorship and support to Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices
