Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to individual needs.
- Provide therapy in both individual and group settings, fostering social and academic growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create comprehensive support plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
