Qualifications:

• Certified Speech Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working in educational settings, particularly with high school students
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEPs and special education processes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 35-45 students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
