Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
- Proficient in teletherapy practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and parents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEPs and other educational documentation
Location: Oregon City, OR
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary school students
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students’ needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
- Engage parents and guardians in supporting their child’s development
