A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Corning, CA. This contract position spans the current school year and offers the chance to work with diverse student populations across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in meetings, screenings, and IEP sessions as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a school environment, preferably with K-12 students.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or relevant clinical experience.
  • Credentialed with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
