An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in an educational setting. This position is located in Fontana, CA, and spans multiple locations, offering a dynamic environment to support students from TK through 12th grade.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California SLP license.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- AT/AAC trained, which is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Location:
- Fontana, CA (with services in various locations including AV/Lancaster, Redlands, and Santa Clarita).
Responsibilities:
- Case manage and provide direct services to students requiring speech and language support.
- Create and implement individualized service schedules.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings to advocate for student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation through SEIS Service Tracker.
- Conduct triage assessments as needed for students on your caseload.
