An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled professional specializing in speech-language pathology within an elementary school setting. This contract position runs for the full school year, catering to students with communication disorders.

Sweet Home, OR
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or CF-SLP certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatment strategies
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation for IEPs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
