Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and parents
- Knowledge of Child Find regulations and processes
Location:
- Sedona, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for 35 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Conduct 30-minute session evaluations and progress checks to ensure effective communication development
- Participate in Child Find activities as required, identifying students in need of services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
