In this position, you’ll work on-site two days each week, addressing the needs of a dynamic middle school caseload. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Rhode Island SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
  • Clinical competence (CCC) or progress toward Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language evaluation, therapy, and consultation for middle school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Offer support and professional insight in meetings and school teams
