A public school in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy services to students. The therapist will manage a caseload and deliver high-quality speech-language services to support student development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide therapy aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete digital paperwork efficiently
- Utilize technology to support therapy services and communications
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- ASHA CCCs held for at least 1 year
- Active Professional License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Proficient with technology and open to learning new software and troubleshooting basics
