A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school setting in Cypress, TX, supporting students in a vibrant educational environment. This contract role spans the current school year with a commitment through June 4, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
- Participate in IEP and referral meetings.
- Provide therapy services focused on individualized student needs.
- Manage caseloads effectively, with an approximate caseload of 58 students if campus-based.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license required (license verification screenshot needed).
- Demonstrated school-based experience essential.
- Board-Certified SLP (CCC) credential preferred.
- Experience working with special education populations, including autism and behavioral challenges.
- Bilingual candidates preferred for itinerant option but not required.
- Reliable transportation and confirmation of commute capability.
- Current availability to interview via Microsoft Teams (15–30 minutes).
Location and Schedule:
- Position located in Cypress, TX with possible assignments at nearby elementary schools in East and Southwest Houston areas.
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Assignment period: Immediate start to June 4, 2026.

- Itinerant (STAT) role focusing on assessments and meetings.
