Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
- Current Georgia state SLP licensure
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) supervision experience
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapies administered
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
