A school district in Dearborn, MI is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at the elementary level. This contract position runs through the current school year and offers an opportunity to work directly within the classroom environment to enhance the communication skills of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for pre-school and elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
  • Provide therapy services onsite, ensuring consistency and in-person interaction.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current SLP Certification with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with pre-school and elementary-aged children.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders relevant to the student population.

Location:
