Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with students on the autism spectrum and with cognitive impairments
  • Ability to develop tailored interventions for mild language and articulation impairments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location:

  • Dearborn, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for approximately 50 students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support student outcomes
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
