A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming full semester in Ypsilanti, MI, serving K-12 students. This on-site contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services in a vibrant school environment, with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through June 5, 2026. Part-time candidates are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
- Ensuring compliance with Michigan state SLP standards and school policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF)
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site school setting
Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; part-time candidates will also be considered
Duration: Full semester contract, with a start date ASAP through June 5, 2026
