School-Based SLP | Detroit, Michigan

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming full semester in Ypsilanti, MI, serving K-12 students. This on-site contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services in a vibrant school environment, with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through June 5, 2026. Part-time candidates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
• Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with Michigan state SLP standards and school policies

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF)
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site school setting

Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; part-time candidates will also be considered
Duration: Full semester contract, with a start date ASAP through June 5, 2026
