Professional speech-language pathologists are sought for a full-time position in Woodstock, GA, for the remainder of the school year, with the possibility of extension into the next school year. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IEPs and special education processes
Location:
- Woodstock, GA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with school staff to create supportive learning environments
- Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and needs
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
