A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support a middle school caseload, with a contract beginning approximately April 14, 2026, through the end of the school year on June 16, 2026. This position provides the opportunity for summer work as well.

Located in Dover, DE, this role is ideal for an SLP with experience in pediatric healthcare settings, schools, or those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Candidates who have completed their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and have a background in middle school settings will find this position well-suited to their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to middle school students
  • Evaluate and assess students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on student IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children, especially middle school populations
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in pediatric populations
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment
