Providing speech-language pathology services in an educational setting, this full-time travel position offers the opportunity to support preschool students in need of specialized communication services. The role is based in Dover, NJ, at a single campus, with a commitment from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, five days a week, starting ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year in mid-June.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations for preschool-aged children
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Delivering services through both in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintaining detailed documentation and complying with school and healthcare regulations
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school-based and pediatric healthcare environments
- Competency in teletherapy service delivery
- Familiarity with the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) process preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
