Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 45 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of early childhood learners.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to improve communication skills in students from PreK to 5th grade.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Eligibility to work in a school setting, including SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or valid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with young students and educational staff.
- Experience in early childhood speech-language therapy is highly desirable.
