Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed for a K-12 school setting in Dublin, OH. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the current school year. Each SLP will serve no more than 60 students on their caseload, focusing on providing speech and language support to elementary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with families
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school settings
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent training
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus but not required
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare environments
- CCC certification is highly desirable
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (slightly adjusted from typical school hours)
- Positions available specifically in elementary school settings
- Commitment through the end of the academic year
