This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support young learners in a vibrant elementary school setting located in East Glacier Park, MT. The role focuses on providing speech and language services to students from pre-kindergarten through first grade, delivering targeted interventions to help them succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with educators and staff to identify and address speech and language needs for approximately 25 students
  • Conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct therapy services to young children, primarily serving two school campuses
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for each student
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to student success planning

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and certification (no Clinical Fellowship required)
  • Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged children
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and intervention strategies
  • Ability to manage an approximate caseload of 25 students while maintaining quality of care
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team

Position details:

  • Location: East Glacier Park, MT
  • Contract duration: August 18, 2025 through June 5, 2026
  • Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Number of positions available: 1
