A contract opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support school-age programs within Bucks County. These itinerant positions offer the chance to provide essential services across multiple elementary schools, contributing to students' communication development and academic success.

Location:

  • Itinerant Countywide within Bucks County, PA
  • Primary base: 705 N Shady Retreat Road, Doylestown, PA 18901

Duration & Schedule:

  • Contract duration from January 5, 2026, to June 12, 2026 (tentative, pending onboarding and school calendar)
  • Full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, particularly with elementary-aged students
  • Ability to work itinerantly across various schools within the county, adapting to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement speech and language interventions for school-age children
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Provide direct therapy services and progress reports based on student performance
