A position is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a K-12 school environment in Eden Prairie, MN. This full school year contract offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational setting, supporting students across all grade levels. Candidates with experience and certification in school-based therapy, pediatric healthcare, teletherapy, and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will find this role well-suited to their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services, including teletherapy options, to meet diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student success planning

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology
  • Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Licensure to practice as an SLP in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure

Location and Schedule:

  • Position located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
  • Full-time availability during the school year
  • Open to providing services virtually
